A. TranMazon is a suite of online teaching tools. Its showpiece is its fully-loaded virtual classroom. TranMazon provides an online space to deliver live webinar-based courses and self-study video-based courses.
A. At the moment, our courses range from absolutely free to $500. Each instructor sets the price of their courses.
A. All of our instructors can issue completion certificates if they choose to. They will be emailed to you in PDF form when you finish the course.
A. You can log into your account and watch the recorded webinar within 2 business days.
A. Many instructors offer one-on-one academic tutoring sessions. If you are in a small group, you can send private chat messages to your teacher while the webinar is running.
A. As a parent, you can access your child’s dashboard to view their progress in the course.
A. We are in compliance with AODA guidelines.
A. Yes, all of the courses remain accessible on your “My Courses” page.
A. Once you have all your materials ready, you can create an instructor account and submit your course for review. After you submit your profile, we have to make sure our students have access to fully-qualified instructors and quality learning experiences,
so the review process may take a few weeks.
A. We will email you a PDF file of the certificate once you have completed your course.
A. We take data security very seriously, TranMazon features fully-encrypted, end-to-end security.
A. Yes, We issue both full and partial refunds. It depends on how much of the course you take and how soon after enrollment you change your mind.
